I’m pretty serious about Japan. In fact, I even got a Bachelor’s in Japanese Studies.

So it should come as no surprise that I also love travelling there. Actually, I love travelling in general. I was lucky enough to have my parents take me to some very interesting places all around the world.

I’ve never been a fan of guided tourism, or strict itineraries. I like travelling on my own accord, doing what I feel like instead of having my hands held all the time.

But planning an individual trip based on one’s own preferences takes time and can be difficult, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the country, its language and culture.
